Shipping & Returns SHIPPING All in-stock items will ship the next business day. Some items may be shipped separately. Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Items not in stock may be substituted for like items but only with buyer's pre-approval! Items not pre-approved for substitution will be placed on back-order. Customers not wanting items after being placed on back-order must follow Returns & Refunds Policies Most items will ship with insurance/delivery/signature confirmation. All shipping will be by UPS, FedEx, USPS or any other shipping service, unless: Other shipping arrangements are made. Pick-up arrangements are made. Personal Raftin Styles delivery arrangements are made. Personal Raftin' Styles pickup for the Salt Lake Valley residents only. RETURNS All returned items must be unopened and approved. All returned items must obtain a RMA # BEFORE being sent back to Raftin Styles. RMA # must be written on the outside of the shipping box, not actual merchandise box. Return shipping costs must be paid by customer. Raftin' Styles will not accept merchandise sent Postage Due. 20% Restocking fee may be charged on returned merchandise. REFUNDS All transactions can only be refunded in the first 30 days after transaction has taken place. All Paypal refunds requested after the first 30 days will be assessed a 5% fee. (PayPal transaction fee) Total refund after 30 days for Paypal transactions will not exceed 80% of original transaction. All refunds requested by check or money order will be processed with a $2.00 charge, plus cost of money order. Items taking longer than 30 days to reach customer will be given an additional 14 day grace period. Items must be returned unopened and approved with a RMA # (see above) All refunds will be processed only after original merchandise has returned to Raftin' Styles UNDAMAGED!
